How to cancel
You can end a Planet Fitness membership by letter to your home club, in person at the club, or online in the member portal; some rules vary by state.

To stop the monthly charge on the 17th, the club must have your request by the 10th. To avoid the annual fee, it must have it by the 25th of the month before the fee is due.

Leaving a plan with a minimum term before it ends costs a $58 buyout fee.

Day pass
A non-member can pay a day fee to use a club for a day; if you join that club within 30 days, the whole day fee counts toward your membership fees. You must be 18 or older with a photo ID.

Bringing a guest
A Black Card member can bring one guest each visit. Guests must be 18 or older, or 13 to 17 with a parent or guardian.

Fees
A Black Card member who visits clubs other than their home club more than 10 times a month may pay $5 a visit.
