Privacy policy

TrueGymCost collects as little as it can. There are no advertising cookies, no Google Analytics and no tracking pixels.

What we collect, and why

• What you send us. A price report, a correction or a message, and your email if you give one, so we can check it and reply. We never publish your email.
• Your email, if you sign up for price updates. Used only to send them; every email has a one-click way out.
• Visit counts. To know which pages help people, the site counts page views and clicks. It stores a random number in your browser (not a cookie, not linked to who you are) so a visitor is counted once a day, not once per page. Only daily totals are kept; the random numbers are deleted after 30 days.
• Server logs. Like every website, our server and our network provider (Cloudflare) see your IP address when you load a page, to deliver it and to stop abuse. Logs are kept for at most 14 days.

Who we share it with

No one, except the providers that run the site (our hosting and Cloudflare) and when the law requires it. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Reports and messages: up to two years, so a correction stays explainable.
• Sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything you sent us, through the contact form. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California, Texas or Virginia) have these rights by law; we give them to everyone.

Children

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
